Q: I’m an NCCU staff member and want to use the NCCU app to check-in/check-out feature. What do I need to set up first?
A: Please make sure you complete these two steps:
Connect to the NCCU Wi-Fi. You can do this in either of two ways:
Option 1: No-verification device ID setup → Guide link

Option 2: Eduroam international Wi-Fi roaming → Guide link
(For help, call campus ext. 67343)
Allow “Location” permission for the NCCU Mobile app.
👉 Once both are set up, you’ll be able to use the check-in/check-out function normally.
